Tal Paperin was born in the USSR in 1981 and immigrated to Israel in 1990. After military service in the Israeli Air Force he completed 2 B.A.s in International Relations and + Eastern Asia Studies/Chinese from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He has over 12 years of diverse professional experience in International Sales and Marketing.
As V.P for KSW Solutions, Tal works to help other companies succeed in strategic planning, reaching new markets, sales and more in 5 continents.
He’s married to an American, speaks Russian, Hebrew, English and Chinese, and has 5 children.
Samantha Hulkower Paperin is born and raised on Long Island, New York. Samantha graduated from Long Island University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and an M.A. in Global Environmental Politics from American University. In the US she worked in environmental science and politics.
In 2013 Samantha moved to Israel and transitioned her career from politics into marketing (a natural progression). Since then she has accrued extensive experience marketing for B2B, B2C, and B2G businesses.
As a Fractional CMO, Samantha works to help B2B SMBs and startups build or improve all aspects of their marketing while ensuring every marketing task is taken with sales in mind.
As VP Sales, T.A. brings over 25 years of experience in senior management tasks (CXO level) related to International Business Development, Export, Sales Acceleration, Strategy, and Foresight, including successfully assisting Start-ups in various aspects of their journey to go to market, with special experience in Mobile/Telecomms, Telematics, AutoID, Data Acquisition, IoT, Cybertech, and Defense Tech.

Her unique techniques utilize her experienced as a trained therapist, to help businesses identify and achieve their goals.
Ouri has 15 years of industry and leadership experience in biotech and drug development companies. Specializing in bioinformatics, cheminformatics, in-licensing technologies, as well as strategic planning and partnerships. He is also currently COO of the bio-software company, Pomicell.

Adam Hulkower is one of KSW Solutions leading SDRs. With years of client success experience under his belt, Adam knows how to take leads and turn them into relationships. Prior to joining the KSW team, he worked in 3-D modeling, printing, and animation, which he continues to do as a hobby.
Dr. Eliyahu-Gross is an inventor and developer of the lifesaving WoundClot product line from the FOC stage to commercialization.
