Limat is a small factory in Israel with around 300 employees. Their business had been focused on creating a product that was sold by distributors under different brand names in a few countries. However, they have that Israeli startup mentality and created a new product! But they weren’t sure what to do with it, so they called KSW Solutions.
We provided market research and business development consulting. First, we recommended expansion in 3 phases, starting with the US, then the UK, and finally EU & Russia. We also recommended a complete rebranding of the product and updated their general marketing strategy.
They are thrilled with their new business plan and are in the process of implementing it.
